Behind the Brand
Located in the historic Ice House of Black Mountain, Hell or High Water is a place where neighbors become friends and every guest is invited to experience the bounty of Western North Carolina, from seasonal produce to the craft of local farmers and artisans who make our menu possible.
Led by Chef Eric Morris, our culinary team brings creativity and craft to every dish we serve. The menu changes with the seasons, using local produce and protein from our own Foothills Butcher Shop to create thoughtful dishes that reflect the very best of our region. Serving dinner Wed-Sun from 5-10 pm, or enjoy drinks and bar snacks at our rooftop bar Fri-Sun from 1-5 pm.
